-Artist Condition and Cancellation-- The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request with inappropriate behaviour, request beyond their capability,
or which makes them uncomfortable.
- What i do: fanart, man/woman, old man/ woman, girl/ boy, pets.
- What i don't: NSFW, NFT, monster, gore, robot,
hate speech, or underage suggestive theme.Payment Option:
- Full payment must be done before the service,
and artist will send an invoice.
There will be no refunds after the piece is finished.
International payment: Paypal
Indonesian locals: Bca, Ovo, Shopeepay, Gojek.Works and deadline:
- Work timeline will differ, depending on the details
or numbers of object, and the artist's schedule.
- Artist will inform additional charge for details.
- Artist will give estimate time for progress/ update.
- Client can ask for specific deadlines,
but will be given additional charge.Rights and Usage:
- Artist has the right of producing the piece.
- Artist will be allowed to use the piece as their portfolio
(online or offline) and shown in public.
- Artist will NOT use any piece commissioned by client
for commercial or profitable goods.- Clients will have the right to produce a piece as design to print,
use as merchandise, home decor and hobbies, or social medias (credits will be much appreciated).
- Clients will NOT have the rights to produce or sell the piece in
any form without commercial license.
- Commercial use price will vary and clients will be
given license for the piece.
- Please contact artist for confidental piece.
- Monetization piece (youtube, tictoc, etc) can be discussed.BREAKING THE TERMS IN ANY FORM WILL TAKE AWAY ANY RIGHT THE CLIENT HAD OVER THE WORK.
ARTIST WILL OWN ALL THE PIECE COMMISSIONED AND FREELY USE THEM IN ANYWAY.
